Would you mind offering a bit of advice to a fellow NSer?What's the best action plan as far as getting into a workout routine? I really want to make sure I do the right about of cardio vs. strength training. Thank you!
Um, what happened when I wrote the above comment? Geez. What I was trying to ask is: I really want to makde sure I do the right amount of cardio vs. strength training. LOL!
